Mr. Lee is the CEO and Managing Director of Lippo Limited. He is a qualified Accountant by profession and was a former partner of Price Waterhouse. He is active in public services, particularly in the healthcare sector. He was awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star and the Justice of Peace by the HKSAR Government.

Mr. Chu has been active in investment banking, business management, and investment for over 20 years. He was with ABN AMRO and HSBC investment banking in the 1990's and 2000's. He start his own internet company in China in 1999 which was subsequently disposed to a multinational telecom operator. He also served as chief financial officer and investment director in HKEX and AMEX- listed companies. Currently , he also serves in the board of director of an Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed telecom company and numerous investment portfolio companies.

Shalom Tourgeman
Managing Director
Shalom Tourgeman is a partner in GEOC and a managing director in the Tel-Aviv branch of the fund.
Mr. Tourgeman was served the Foreign Policy Advisor to the Israel Prime Minister Ariel Sharon (2002 – 2006) and to the Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert (2006 – 2009).
Prior to his service at the Prime Minister’s office he served as a Diplomat in both Israeli embassies in Jordan and the UK.
During the last eight years, Mr. Tourgeman joined the private sector in consulting to leading Israeli companies and businessmen, promoting their businesses in Israel and around the globe.
Mr. Tourgeman is also a lecturer at the IDC (the Inter Disciplinary Center) in Herzliya at the Lauder School of Government Diplomacy and Strategy.

Jacob Galanti is a partner in GEOC, and a managing director in the Tel-Aviv branch of the fund. Mr. Galanti served in different high positions in the Israeli government for more than a decade. He started his public career at the ministry of justice and ended it at the prime minister's office as the top public affairs advisor of the israeli government. Since then, during the last seven years, Mr. Galanti joined the business sector in Israel and worked with dozens of leading Israeli companies and well known businessmen, promoting their businesses in Israel and around the globe.

Manjiang Xu (Jason)
Controller
Jason has more than 20 years of experience in Investment Banking. He served in several prominant investment banks in China. Mr. Xu enjoys deep insight on Macro Chinese economy and has excellent business negotiation skills. He is leading the GEOC investment team. By leveraging his wide connections in China, he contributes to the integration strategy of the fund.

Linglin Zhang (Lovet)
Vice president
Mr. Zhang joined GEOC by 2010. He is serving as a VP in charge of life sciences area as well as IOT. He is focusing on Israeli High-tech companies and Sino-Israeli integration in those fields. In this capacity, he was leading the investments in more than ten different portfolios including two exits.
Before joining GEOC, he worked for KPMG as CICPA.

Legal Director
Ms. Xu joined GEOC by 2011. She has expertise in overseas investments and focuses on life sciences area. She is also in charge of the legal affairs of the fund and has major experiences in international contracts. Ms.Xu is leading all the legal aspects of the fund including all investments of the funds since she joined.
